Nathan Stark S&T

I handed out 11 cameras, and got 11 back.

The hardest part wasn’t getting people to participate like I thought. Instead, it seemed to be having people understand what I meant by “capture our every day life”.

It seems that unlike in america, photography there still holds it’s place as something for special occasions. A task that if you asked someone here to do “take pictures of your life” required a good bit of explaining, and running through different scenarios that could include. I must have gotten more questions about what to take photos of than how to use the camera or how to get the camera back to me.

I’ll be developing away this week, wish me luck.
